Ideal aims to achieve the highest standards of quality and customer care in its product and service offer.

Ideal recognizes the compliance with the commitments to customers and a regular exceeding of their expectations as a continuing obligation for all the employees, ensuring a full respect of applicable laws and the continuous improvement in its own environmental performance.

Ideal commits to fairly behave during its technical and commercial approach to customers, with a transparent communication and supplying.

Ideal promotes a continuous improvement, motivation and professional training for each  employee. 

Ideal commits to the continuous improvement of its management system in order to achieve increasingly high levels of product and service efficiency, respect of the environment, and protection of the health and safety of its workers and collaborators.

Ideal promotes the prevention of pollution, minimizing the environmental impact of its operations and activities.

Ideal adopts every necessary action in order to make its services compatible to health and safety policy, risk assessment, prevention of injuries and work-related illnesses, emergency situations control and to the continuous management improving of their aspects. 

Ideal commits to plan, develop and update Quality, Environment and Safety Policy targets in order to guarantee their implementation. 

 

Ideal commits to constantly revise and implement the Quality, Environment and Safety Policy to maintain its suitability. Ideal guarantees every employee and supplier that works with the Company or on its behalf understands and complies with the contents of this Policy.

The Management

Code of Ethics

The Ideal Code of Ethics sets the principles of legality, transparency, honesty, fairness and good faith which are founding values in achieving those economic, production and social goals pursued by the Company.

Ideal Company

§  behaves with unconditioned fairness and transparency in relation with Public Administration, customers and suppliers;

§  does not favor any interest group or individual and does not discriminate basing on age, sex, religion, race, political and cultural opinions;

§  ensures IT system and data be kept confidential, including those personal and business information handled during the job activity;

§  guarantees to adopt every security and prevention measures in accordance with national and international applicable laws;

§  it guarantees the physical and moral integrity of its employees and partners with working conditions that respect individual dignity and with a safe and healthy working environment. Moreover, the Company is committed to spread and imbibe all of its employees with the culture of safety, developing an awareness of risk and promoting responsible behaviors by all employees;

§  pursues the aim to reduce environmental impact, contributing to the development and wealth of the community in which it operates;

§  protects the value of human resources through the continuous growth of technical and professional skills, conscious of the fact that a full customer satisfaction depends also on employee motivation;

§  repudiates child labor and the conclusion of agreements with suppliers and/or subcontractors that take advantage of child labor;

§  recruits and employs people on the basis of objective criteria, competency and professional skills, guarantees equal opportunities and avoids any favoritism;

§  guarantees every individual is employed by the Company with a regular and legal contract;

§  adopts specific control measures on behaviors of its employees and collaborators in accordance with relevant applicable laws and regulations set by this Code.

 

Employees and Collaborators

§  must act fairly and in good faith when carrying out their activities, following the commitments contractually agreed and undertaking to reach goals previously set;

§  with no distinction between functions performed or level of responsibility, must know and follow Company’s regulations and procedures, especially those related to environmental and security protection;

§  must ensure information, documents, researches, initiatives, plans and agreements be kept extremely confidential, especially those that could undermine the image and interests of the Company and its customers;

§  have to know, observe and endorse the contents of this Code, behaving with respect, legitimacy and ethical integrity, and strengthening their cooperation and mutual collaboration;

§  put efforts into spreading this Code of Ethics to anyone who gets into a business relationship with the Company, providing any useful cognitive tool and requiring the compliance with its regulations.

 

The Compliance with the rules of this Code of Ethics is an essential part of the contractual obligations of all the employees, under the clauses 2104 and 2105 of the Civil Code.
