The Management

The Ideal Code of
Ethics sets the principles of legality, transparency, honesty, fairness and
good faith which are founding values in achieving those economic, production
and social goals pursued by the Company.
Ideal Company
§ behaves
with unconditioned fairness and transparency in relation with Public
Administration, customers and suppliers;
§ does
not favor any interest group or individual and does not discriminate basing on
age, sex, religion, race, political and cultural opinions;
§ ensures
IT system and data be kept confidential, including those personal and business
information handled during the job activity;
§ guarantees
to adopt every security and prevention measures in accordance with national and
international applicable laws;
§ it guarantees
the physical and moral integrity of its employees and partners with working
conditions that respect individual dignity and with a safe and healthy working
environment. Moreover, the Company is committed to spread and imbibe all of its
employees with the culture of safety, developing an awareness of risk and
promoting responsible behaviors by all employees;
§ pursues
the aim to reduce environmental impact, contributing to the development and
wealth of the community in which it operates;
§ protects
the value of human resources through the continuous growth of technical and
professional skills, conscious of the fact that a full customer satisfaction

Employees and Collaborators
§ must
act fairly and in good faith when carrying out their activities, following the
commitments contractually agreed and undertaking to reach goals previously set;

no distinction between functions performed or level of responsibility, must
know and follow Company’s regulations and procedures, especially those related
to environmental and security protection;
§ must
ensure information, documents, researches, initiatives, plans and agreements be
kept extremely confidential, especially those that could undermine the image
and interests of the Company and its customers;
§ have
to know, observe and endorse the contents of this Code, behaving with respect, legitimacy
and ethical integrity, and strengthening their cooperation and mutual collaboration;
§ put
efforts into spreading this Code of Ethics to anyone who gets into a business
relationship with the Company, providing any useful cognitive tool and
requiring the compliance with its regulations.
The Compliance with the rules of this Code of Ethics is an essential
part of the contractual obligations of all the employees, under the clauses
2104 and 2105 of the Civil Code.
